RE:If we all throw in a dollar.........Yes....it seems without fail that this site has issues every 6 months or so, not sure why of course, but I think that since its basically a free site, they're probably not to motivated to fix or update their equipment or whatever the tech problem is. If this was a paid site, I would be asking for a refund of some kind and most definitely not pay for it. So ya, problems persist.
