RE:Cashing-Up Rube; I totally understand why you feel the way you do and I don't disagree with you but my motives were totally different. I have been watching the trading for months and felt someone was holding it down below .40 for reasons that I don't understand. I think it might have something to do with the .40 warrants, which,if they got exercised before September would put a lot of cash in Telesta's coffers without paying brokers fees etc. Then they wouldn't need to do a PP with broker fees etc. Maybe the 17 million warrants are in the wrong hands whereas a PP would put them in "friendly hands".
I own (1.2 m) shares and I am in it til Berendt and all of his friends make a mint. Remember when I sold at .37-.38 it could have gone up or down. But I was betting on the manipulation that it was going to drive it down. I took the chance.
I think it was wrong for our former director to do what he did. And the OSC told me that if I brought in evidence they would look it. So I am glad I used my shares with the help of others to remove him from office.
I believe the changing of the date of the BLA from Mar 30 to June 30 had more to do with the holding down of the share price than my trade.
I do not own any free warrants but maybe after the next PP, I will, provided it is not a "bought deal financing" and they freeze out us "little people".
So, Rube, I appreciate your blog, your research and your intelligence. I just wanted you to hear my side of the story.
