In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:Dead-Cat Bounce & Perdkaoilgas...Why has no discussion arisen on the expectation that a credit line now is expected to be in place by the end of Q2?  This highly compensated management team has had April 19 as the payback date for the notes in their calendars FOR YEARS. 
 
Meanwhile, the negotiating position of PetroAmerica is following the path of its production (but as Perdy points out, they save money daily by not drilling).  That's not a strengthening position.

Look at the press release out on Gran Tierra.  Look at the press releases out on Legacy.  It's not buyout season folks, it's oust managment season.
