$4.1 million or 6 cents a share. Now the question is, is that as it stands or is part of that an assumption of debt which would make the share holder payout under 6 cents. They are not clear on that, but then, what is new?

The offer is to buy the business . There will be nothing left if the share holders vote for it. Note the highlighted parts.
