OMG!
We the shareholder just got screwed!!! I have been with this company all these years and lost soooo much money. thank you management,
We will get nothing, the 4.1 milliion will remain with the company and the 4.1million wont last long, all the bonus pay and leave pay. The company maybe will last a few months and the stock will be at .005 cents then the company will delist!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but look in the mail every day, they will play it sneaky and mail it out at the last minute so most of us will not vote.
