RE:RE:Reason for splitIts pretty obvious IMHL wants nothing to do with the North American properties and I can understand why they only want to concentrate on Karakul as it is a monster property. IMHL will convert the loan to shares and become the major shareholders. I'm guessing they have a plan that involves the Chinese.
