Historically speaking PLI has always dropped well below the bought deal price, typically about 15% below. PLI shareholders are very sensitive to dilution it seems, however PLI management has continued to increase share price after these necessary financings. One thing that worries me is that management an enormous interest and big dreams for the future of the company. Sometimes this can be a detriment to shareholders becuase mangement can be trying to hit a 600 yard home run, which may never come, while continually turning down a 400 yard home runs, which I am positive almost everyone here would be happy with. PLI long and strong, however I hope this is the end of these surprise financing that the CEO continues to say will not happen.
