RE:RE:A person or corporate trust is deemed to be an insider when-Insiders whether they are JZT, directors or officers SHOULD NOT BE BUYING from the end of the quarter and until 2 days after the results are released. To do so is unlawful and causes harm to all other shareholders. This is part of the problem with Nordex's painfully slow release of results.

The year end has not been reported and here we are with the first quarter finished and not reported either. So once again insiders are not allowed to trade until 2 days after the results from the first quarter are released.

You would think that with their freshly minted CFO that this problem would have resolved itself by now.

BTW I have heard that some good people have quit Nordex to work in the mines. Also heard that there are several people to people issues.

Congratulations Jim O'Reilly and Jim Taylor on a new 52 week low price!
