This is a direct  result of the 2012 change of the Board and the services of All Group Financial Services in the process. Those who were duped by All Group to put their flunkies on the board in 2012 should thank, in particular,  Michael Comeau and James Moon for creating a new "buy lower" opportunity. Way to go comeau and moon.
