As far as YEL goes, I had played it when it was around 6c or 7c and sold out everything above 10c. After that there was a change of management when YEL merged with a Sth America group I believe. From then on it just lost value and this is the first time I hear of the price at 4c! I will watch it to see if it is worth considering... too...
The sector that may be worth looking at next is energy and more particularly oil. I have been in and out of PMI and although I made money from the stocks, I lost on the warrants. It is now at 6c and there is significant support and interest there. Cannot see it going lower from here..
