Midwestern's 30k bopd Processing Facility

Midwestern's 30k bopd Processing FacilityWhere does MW's processing facility fit into this?  Does MMT have any $ interest in it? Does all MMT oil go through it  or what is it used for?

I had not seen it before...if anyone else has not, the pictures of it are on MW's home page, it looks pricey.

Also, there looks like there will be a big drop off in April production based on the various  pipeline shutdowns mentioned in today's NR.
