I too am not concerned about the sustainability of the distribution. I bought units during the credit crisis that yielded over 20% and they never cut the distribution. I bought more units recently and continue to add through the drip program. I consider myself fortunate to be able to buy a safe investment like this at reasonable prices. If anything, I wish it would drop more so I could load up again!
