Consider the following.....
Consider the following.....Last time I posted some facts that speak for themselves. Facts like IMNP can forgo paying the 32million royality fees to ICO by simply buying them out for half the price. In addition, not only would they save on royality fees, but they would acquire the value of the clinical trials and etc..
When ICO was trading around .50 cents over a year ago, an analyst recently wrote, as quoted and posted here on Bullboards, that ICO has assests worth more than .50 cents. Now that the stock is approximately .10 cents, it presents a golden opportunity to take advantage of the share price and buy them out. What company would forsake such an opportunity? Think of it: Pay .20 to .30 cents for a stock to buy them out to avoid possible royality fees and receive a company with assests worth more than .50 cents.
OK, is there any evidence that IMNP is considering this?
There is. Just a few days ago they hired Rene Pierre Azrin. to be the chair of Transaction and Pricing. And what is his speciality? Coincidentally it is merger and acquisitions!
Not only that, but consider that ICO cancelled their annual AGM meeting. I asked a strong associate of mine who works with corporations why a company would do such a thing. Her reply? She stated that it is highly unusual for a company to do so unless the information usually offered during an AGM meeting is redundant or obsolete; as in would be the case if a merger or take-over was in process.
Look at the facts here folks. The ducks are lining up. Yes this may take a while and the stock will fluctuate and Yes there is a possibility that the whole thing falls through - welcome to the stockmarket! - but if you look at the facts, and consider all things, I think I have a far greater chance getting into a traffic accident on the way to work than for this stock to remain sterile at .08 cents.
This thing is going up. It may fluctuate, but it is going up!
