My gut feel is that well lose on Tuesday which will send the share price down but win in Canada on the basis of holding the injuction down to have to go to a retrial at a court of their choice. The we will win again.

I think we've still got a long road ahead of us. I hope im wrong but if history repeats itself, the story with this stock is when you think it's bad, it goes even worse.
