The tungsten laying in the ground makes it worth about .40 a share even with all 540M shares spent. So, .50, assuming they minimmize dilution (and assuming they don't start work until Tungsten it back to 350+/mtu), isn't entirely unreasonable if the company suddenly began to be capitalized . . . Something to do with those other shares perhaps, which I expected to see distributed at significantly higher prices to pay up front costs.
