RE:Hope the Appeals Court Does Right ThingTo my knowledge, appeals courts do not make those types of determinations; meaning they do not change the verdicts of the lower courts so they could not "award 100% of Treaty Creek and full costs to TUO" even if they thought that was the right thing to do.
Appellate Courts do not reach new "verdicts" based on the facts presented in the lower court's trial; they make decisions as to the fairness of said trial based on the law.
If there was a serious error made by the trial court, they can remand the case back for a retrial.
For example, say the court finds that DC should have been allowed to give opinion testimony and disallowing that was error, a new trial could be ordered. The same goes for other points raised in Teuton's -- I think they call it -- factum.

There is no reason for either company's shareholders to start dancing in the streets regardless of the outcome because no matter what happens, unless some agreement is worked out after the ruling, this will drag on and on and on. And guess what; I've reached the point where I hardly care anymore. I've moved on.
If things improve, great. I've got better things to do than read the SH board more than once a week or so. Hey, the NY Rangers and Mets are doing great and retirement is a blast; no more expensive commutes; traffic jams; stress of the job, scarfing down lunches; life is good. All these dopey one-line insults by you know who don't mean a thing to me; I don't live for Teuton; I live for the joy of living.
But I will say this. The company does have a lot going for it despite all the BS. All the litigation is a sideshow that a few years from now will be forgotten. What I think will be important is the state of the gold and silver markets which do look challenging now.
My suggestion to those of you who are obsessing about these now penny stocks is relax; let the chips fall where they may. We shareholders have no control. I don't think shareholders of AMK or TUO are going to become zillionaires, so just chill out and relax.
Let the people with no life type their one-liners here; they are sad, insignifican losers who only feel alive when they get under someone's skin. A troll is only happy when he gets attention and, sadly, some of us have given them the attention they crave.
