Bruce Campbell stocks in Capitulation lately - buying opp.?

Real test for strong hands too............should we buy more and tolerate more retreat or sell in May?
CXV, PHM, VGO all down over 30% from the peak.......I am still hold my half position in PHM and thinking buy more or sell , may be?
