RE:Distributions

Although I wouldn't mind it (annual increase in distributions to $1.00), I would still prefer no increase for a further period in time, and only then a much smaller increase to only 0.0666 ($0.80/yr) or 0.07 ($0.84/yr). I feel it would be much more prudent to keep the payout below 80% and build up the warchest.
