Could this be a way to bring the share price back up, The company knowing that the offer would be refuse. Under certain circumstances where the transaction is not completed, Mega has agreed to pay a termination fee of C$700,000 to Yamana. Yes but a refusal by the shareholder is that one of those circumstances.
