I have been waiting for CXS to get back to these levels so pleased to see sp reaction to proved financials and good and steady approach to licence processes...all analysts ramk high end of buy with, as you say, targets over $3. They can already securitise mortgage bundles and, again as implied, bank licence gives them reduced capital/funding costs..and then who knows what follows on National  basis. GLA
