RE:RE:that's a 30% pull back from the high$1 is very fair price pt if optimistic based on those #s. sub$1 is on the table though. the market has already taken it down more than most thought it would. call me a liar, i am anything but.

I am looking at about $90 million in cash without the warrants being exercised along with EBITDA of $20 million, which is valued at 1.5 to 4 times (take 3x) of $60 million as well as goodwill which I would think would push it up over $1 per share and that is without the story.
