RE:jr's

RE:jr'sPinetree and Inwentash have left quite a trail of destruction. My condolences to long time MGP shareholders. If you are looking for another play to take a punt on check out AGG. Pinetree also crushed AGG, West African play in Mali but AGG will survive. AGG's Kobada property is a very unique, highly oxidized deposit with a current resource of 2MM+ ozs that is wide open (5MM+ ozs is a laydown IMO). Deposit is amenable to mining with a simple gravity circuit. Check their recent PEA. NPV at $1250 gold is approx. $180MM, current market cap about $10MM. They should have their full Feasibility Study completed and be fully permitted for production in about 6 weeks. CAPEX required to put Kobada into production at 50K+ ozs per year will be very low (approx. $40MM) and AISC should be approx. $750 oz. It is possible to scale production down and significantly lower CAPEX further. They just raised $3.3MM and currently 225MM shares issued but close to 50% is tightly held. Primary objective will be to get Kobada into production through non-conventional financing such as royalty, streaming or debt. Pinetree was their largest SH and crushed the SP when they dumped last year but IMO the stage is being set for a SP move back up and there should be significant stream of news coming out in the next 2 - 3 months. Inbox me or come over to the AGG forum if you wish to discuss further. Once again condolences to MGP SH's. These are very trying times. GLTA
