dont bother reading the report, the best we will get is 4.1 million. That alone should make you vote NO!!!!!!
but at the end of the day its going to be alot less,
First IDC must meet all the requirements, then all the legal fees, etc..................
Dont forget, this is a 25 plus years company selling for 4.1 millions, and we had over 7 million in cash around two years ago...........
