My point, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. The FNs are still upset at the purchase but more importantly the fact that NOT announced no chromite mining for 5 years. The ball is in Not's court and they have to appease the FNs if they want to move forward. KWG wants their shs back and are challenging the ruling regarding the NS route access. A deal could be in the making:
1) STEP ONE - as proposed by Frank, co-mining with NOT - N/S slurry pipe for chromite fr Big Daddy and nickel mined by NOT using the proposed E/W route. The installing/building the underground slurry pipeline will open up the surface for a N/S transportation corridor(RR installed later) which eventually leads to feeder roads to FN reserves.
2) STEP TWO - NOT agrees not to challenge KWG N/S route, drops the helo court case, and gives KWG their KWG shares for eventual use of the N/S route(which in the end(5 yrs) will be given to the FNs to run.)
3) STEP THREE - FNs given a Royalty which has already been discussed and agreed to in principal
