Speechless on this one.

Speechless on this one.Is there still a plan by China to implement tracking by 2016 or are they too waiting for the 2021 decision implemented deadline. Are there any new planes coming on stream with FLY AFIRS on board - any??? Sure doesn't appear to be any in any country. Can this even be possible? Why are we not getting info on this. Beyond frustrating for us long time holders down 100% plus and bleeding further each and every day.
