GREEN - didn't Integrity's management say in the press They're happy to join Poydras? - Yes.....  

Didn't Poydras say { Integrity will be closing } in the next few weeks.... Yes....

Between the auditing and transfer ownership and lawyers etc...
It does take a lil time to ensure all is transferred properly.

Focus on the additional 22 casdino's that bring in money and 22 casinos that 
Just may want even more slot machines....
