RE:I guess anyone still holding shares can now...Now it really gets complicated. As part of the CCAA proceedings, there will be a chance for everyone to submit for money owed to them from Armtec. When I bought debentures a month ago, I paid the interest to the seller on behalf of Armtec so I will be putting in a claim for this. Also, they will need shareholder approval for the deal as they are selling all their assets, fat chance of getting this. They should be looking at what yellow pages did a couple of years ago. Shareholders got pennies on the dollar, but it was something so it was approved by them. What really iritates me is the Armtec management work for the shareholders (owners) of the company but seem to forget this by working out deals that save their jobs and screw the owners.
