Kherson - Did you read the release?  Nothing strange about doing it that way.  Thousands of Canadian public companies release their press releases through Marketwire at the end of the business day.

Did you actually read the release?  Did you see "...and first quarter 2015 conference call on Thursday, May 7, 2015....  Prior to the meeting, management will host its first quarter 2015 conference call and webcast at 7:00 am MT (9:00 am ET) to discuss its financial and operating results." 

Which part of that sentence did you not understand?

Of course most readers will understand that if the CEO holds a conference call at 7:00am, the financial information would have been released the previous day, after market close.

Life of full of "stuff" one can complain about.  Why make it more complicated than needed?
