RE:One person's opinion...If you think short term and oil at 58.00 , yes it does seem high but if you want to make a long term investment that will be worth ten times the price it is today then the  debt is nothing to worry about..  Why sell cheap when the market is down. I am sure management would never sell a great asset at this point, there is no need too.
