About 80% of the CC questions where about rail and unit trains!. MEG is shipping 6 trains a month currently, and they expect this to continue to ramp up later in the year. They are progressing with their diluent recovery unit (DRU), once built their DRU will lower rail shipping costs by a third. They are also hauling condensate by train (however not back hauling yet on the same unit trains). MEG management talked several times about the wonderful advantage of having access to rail, they can send their product wherever they wish in North America and bypass pipeline conjunctions, they also mentioned their advantage of being able to ship on CP and CN. Canexus was mentioned by name several times during the call.

Cenovus conference call will start in 30 minutes; I expect rail and CUS to be discussed as well during the prepared remarks and during the CC. If Cenovus reiterates a strong commitment to rail expect CUS share price to react favourably.
