This is really to all the people that keep complaining that there was no news release for the Ophir sales.  You do realize that the Ophir sales aren't complete yet right only 4 of the 7 have been completed?  So what are they going to say? That half of the deal is finalized and we're just waiting on the other half?  That probably would have a negative effect on the stock price.  I'm more concerned with why Ophir has decided not to acquire Obi anymore and how much that is going to affect the sale total.  I'm thinking the Indonesian government has decided to include that one on their list of leases to take back from Niko unless ofcourse Niko is selling their other Indonesian assets to another compnay and they're demandiing Obi be included in the deal.

"Ophir is also in the process of completing the acquisition from Niko of two additional PSCs—North Makassar Strait and North Ganal. Ophir has separately decided that it will no longer be proceeding with the acquisition of the Obi PSC."
