Financial risks facing Orbite....

Financial risks facing Orbite....
lots of financial risks IMO some are:

a) will referenced $5M by from EP and will it be priced the same as $10M; if not what price

b) then where will the next $15M come from and as best i know HPA 3 won't be finalized without more cash and likely this must be met within next 60 days (or earlier)

c) given the previous design changes that seem a complete surprise (and have greatly exceeded any "contingency") how much could this be

d) when do repayments really being of CD

e) how bout them investment credits?? what can be further charged to this and when will cash be realizd (ps they seem to pledge to this to fund ongoing operations)
