SEDAR FILING

SEDAR FILINGStockhouse does not have them yet but just on SEDAR and MD&A and Financials out now. Got posted around noon.

Think it's toast? Note disclosure that essentially says Mena has substantial doubt about being considered a going concern.

In Auditor's Report:

"Emphasis of matter Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to Note 2 in the consolidated financial statements which describes that the Company has no sources of cash flow from operations and will require capital to fund the ongoing operations of the Company, including any international exploration and development activities. These conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern."
