They get me thinking and asking myself questions that might not come to mind otherwise. It is always good to have the perspectives from the optimist and from the cautious/naysayers...
Although I'm long and optimistic with EFL, I've often had frustrastions with certain omissions as we never know when they're withholding negative info and when they're protecting news due to non-disclosure agreements...
In this latest NR, there are quotes from 2 Litarion execs and one from Evonik Industries (the one that says they wanted to divest to Electrovaya after due dilligence).
As you said, it could very well be that they didn't want to "play in the battery sandbox anymore", but the they made sure (IMHO) to divest to a company that would be able to keep Litarion alive (thanks to reduced costs) and the Litarion people are happy about this move.
We'll have to wait and see what comes next (as usual)...
