AGAT is one of the few labs that I know of that provides Petrology services outside of the government and academic realm in Ontario. Perhaps and this is a big maybe... but perhaps the delay is due to the petrology analysis.

See the Feb 19th NR: "Petrographic work and whole-rock litho-geochemistry will be done once all assays are received, to better characterize the system."  

This means that they first do the chemical analysis and then do the petrology.
