From Q4 MDA - IP comment

From Q4 MDA - IP commentI believe the "related party" mentioned in the MDA is a company Datex Inc where Abe Schwartz is also Chairman of the Board. Datex and Mitec are located at same address and Datex has PCI related product on their website. Also, according to Q4 financials Abe is still financially supporting the company. $200K promissory note in Jan 2015 and $100K in April 2015. Need to get some sales from this product and start making some money...much of which will have to be paid back to Abe https://www.datex.ca/DataStealth/index.html From MDA: The intellectual property acquisition provided the basis for Mitec to achieve its stated strategic objectives. It was executed through a debt/common share transaction and an agreement that the vendor of the IP, Mr. Abe Schwartz, join Mitec’s board of directors to help identify viable technology applications and lead their development and commercialization efforts, focusing on the Acquired IP as the initial opportunity. In Q4, 2013, Mr. Schwartz became Mitec’s Chairman and its largest shareholder with approximately 41% ownership of Mitec’s common shares. A related party was engaged to manage the development and commercialization of the Acquired IP by the Corporation.
