RE:RE:RE:RE:dilutionHustlebut, there is no doubt that this stock is extremely frustrating to own at the present time. Any resourse company who is in the business to accumulate pounds in the ground as opposed to making a quarterly profit will have extreme market gyrations similar to what SEA has.
Owning shares here is simply a wonderful hedge IF the price of gold heads north. Of course the company model of developing the Gold resourse and reserves in order to make us a candidate to a Major gold producer buy out is what keeps most imvestors holding onto their shares.
I am very plaesed that the share structure is not heavily diluted and the yearly cost of drilling and doing buisness is easily remedied with a reasonable private placement of a million shares per year.
My biggest gripe (and this has nothing to do with the Company or Management) is the huge short position of 6 million shares against the float of 24 million shares is amazing and cetainly is responsible for the malaise that the share price is presently sitting.A little Gold upside such as what happened from mid January to the end of January when gold came close to $1300 allowed SEA to move almost 50% form just over $8:00 a share to $12:00.
I am hoping the same will happen soon.
