In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

I was just looking at their expenses too and think they are out of line. The part that really makes me scratch my head is the lack of discription of thier operatiing expenses. They kind of group it all together in one line on their financials where lots of little exploraiton companies list things like rent, wages, exploration, consultants, office ect. Where is that money really going? What are they hiding?

Thanks for pointing them out and asking the hard question. The more questions we ask like that more accurate our speculations shoud get!
