You're right that nothing empirically has happened but this is pure amateur hour.  I have been a shareholder with an overweight position in this company for about two years now and this name has been a disppointment for the past 15-16 months.  I had a vague suspicion that this name would disappoint me in some way in the year-end financials but never imagined an announcement like this.  I'm not criticizing the CFO's health issues  -- the CFO needs to take care of himself first.  I'm criticizing the fact that Mr. Ryu was unable to work around these health issues during the past 120 days.  I'm also a shareholder in V.COQ and their CFO passed away 5 weeks ago and they were still able to report within the 120 day timeframe.  I just don't think this reporting delay is a legitimate excuse for a group of professionals.
