RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Misleadgive him a break. he is spot on!  so what he kept a few, probably to see some upside if things changed.

What I dont believe is that they think the canadian courts will dimiss a local russian ruling whereas the CIS ruling was ranked one of the top 10 most important globation arbitration cases last year by the world council. TOP 10!

And stans management and lawyers are saying it doesnt matter. COMMON !!!!!! 

What I think will happen is the canadian courts will agree that they have to consider this now. the MCCI didnt have jurisdiction originally so it cant give a ruling. But Canada now has jurisdiction so theyll hold the mareja injuction down for another retrial which would be years.

Can anyone answer why canada would grant seizure of shares based on a previous void ruling?
