I am very confident that a higher offer will present itself. This is all part of the plan, offer a lowball offer, piss everyone off, then come back like heroes and get a higher offer. 
I sold I bit of my shares yesterday, but still have over 2 million shares that are voting NO unless another offer comes in.
Prior to Caldwell selling off in winter this was trading @ above 10 CENTS. This smells like a rat.
