RE:RE:RE:RE:INTERESTING INFO FROM F6 ON THE OTHER BOARD/ THANKS F6GV....exactly and KD has basically invited him in or at least didn't object. Why? These are very smart and successful people (Eastern, NGN, Shenzhen Hepalink). They see the benefits of synergy. They understand the complexity of regulatory, distribution and political challenges and Don has solved a huge access problem and picked up a partner who will help scientifically but more importantly will help in terms of access to a huge market...much bigger than the USA. When they achieve success in these 4 regions don't forget there are many more countries in their region that they understand and already do business with including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Vietnam, selected counties in Africa, etc.
Don has scored a huge coup on many fronts with the Hepalink deal. This is now a beautiful chess game in play.
The Hepalink move suggests to me that RVX is confident of their science and is now becoming proactive regarding moving product to market.
This deal, and deals to come, create more and more leverage for the value of RVX for BP. Don is now building shareholder value.
The deal with Hepalink is a clear indication that NGN, Eastern and Hepalink put the odds of success of phase 3 BETonMACE much higher than 64%. And, that is just the beginning! Remember, this is phase 3!!!
THINK BIG FOLKS...THINK VERY BIG....NGN IS NOT HERE FOR PENNIES.
DYODD GLTA
I remain long and I am thrilled by the events of this week! It gives me confidence that the business development component of RVX actually has something to sell (because they did it).
Keep in mind that Resverlogix has the only epigenetic bromodomain blood bank in the world. They still need to figure out the value of this asset and the microassays and pathway analysis may provide insight on this.
The change at Zenith is certainly interesting and it was interesting from the start. I had posted how positive a factor I felt it was to have Dr Cherrington appointed as CEO because of BP experience and connections. Then things changed rapidly. It is certainly an area I know nothing about other than my management experience. There could have been style differences, management issues, differences in corporate direction OR she came in and kicked the tires and saw that there is nothing there in her opinion??? I doubt the latter is the case but I sure don't know.
Well, the air in Muskoka is clear and fresh, the sky is blue, it is calm, the boat has been delivered to my dock and I've got lots of beer and wine. It's time to smile and and celebrate Don's achievement!
Cheers
Toinv :)
