Not many times in ICP history volume over 1M, and all others (best I can tell) were on the down-swing. Overdue optimisim, in my opinion but that's neither here nor there. Nice that it seems like source is speculative buying by funds; better source would be solid news unfolding of substantial financing. That 40M to push engineering down the road? Time will tell.

Also, old news is good; some are checking this stock out for the first time.
