I'm specifically referring to your conspiracy about Washer picking up the company for a few million. With the company owing $2 million in non-interest bearing, promissory notes to Washer (repayable upon demand), Washer could theoretically demand repayment when the company is unable to pay, forcing an insolvency event. All he would achieve by doing this is a guaranteed destruction of his own wealth.
