Its battery products are used across various applications, including material handling, e-mobility and energy storage.

Interestingly, the english version about NMP is categorical ("Conventional manufacturing of lithium ion employs a toxic NMP (n-methyl-pyrrolidone) process "), while the German version throws in an additional word (Bei der konventionellen Lithium-Ionen-Herstellung wird häufig das toxische NMP- (N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidon) verwendet), which means "frequently". This tells me that the Evoniks management is uncomfortable with the categorical statement about NMP. Or it may mean that the NMP stays?
