Usually financings like this signal that they want some of their friends to get in before the share price starts to rise. And with copper prices way up from just a few weeks ago, VMS's share price will probably follow soon.

And with Glenn Pountney buying to maintain his 19.99% ownership, we should be over 30 cents shortly after the financing closes.
