RE:RE:RE:How do you calc a buyout number?

RE:RE:RE:How do you calc a buyout number?I think you are expecting too much from this PEA, this PEA and 43-101 will concentrate on the VN6-7 veins and the stockpiles. So there really is not enough info for anyone to make an educated guess as to making an offer, and there won't be till possibly as late as this fall or next spring IMHO

It's very early in the process and we have the purest graphite in the world.  Even based on what we know now I think the $1.50 - $2.00 buyout figure maybe a little conservative since the only alternative is synthetic which is now selling for $20,000 per ton and I've read it's not as pure as ours.  Per Mr. Duncun we have several nuclear companies looking at our product/company, based on that there could be a bidding war.  Don't forget we have the best product on the market, PERIOD, which brings a premium.  If the PEA surprises on the upside, $2.00 is going to be in our rear view mirror.  Just my opinion.
