Why so many resignations?

Why so many resignations?
CEO resigns March 4, 2015 – Officer Resignation

Then this week new CEO resigns from all posts, he doesn't even hang around as a director?

The only one left is the CFO who is watching over financials?

Come on man, this has all the ear marks of a halt and never return if you ask me. About 6 weeks ago some event happened that left the old crew rushing for the exit? and now that the new crew is in for 30 days they are leaving too?

A massive 5 cent private placement will come off soon and where will this be when they are free trdaing? plus all the warrants. This had its chance over the past couple of years to turn around but the price of oil may not go much higher, so a lot of crews won't be back in the field this fall. Forget this summer, these guys are in shut down mode and clean up. Anyone who rushed in should go to the company web site and read the news the past 6 months. For gods sake DYODD don't listen to these pumpers.
