RE:400 shares in Canexus equals $640 bucks?
Kherson wrote: According to the 2015 Information Circular and Proxy Statement, my good friend Richard McLellan who is the CFO of Canexus owns the whooping total of 400 shares! Wow...
Considering that Rich makes a base salary of about $320,000 a year, which works out to about $1250 bucks a day, he has to only work until lunch time for one day and get paid in shares and his total equity ownership in Canexus would double!
But there is a note concerning his present ownership woes;
"During 2014, McLellan sold Shares taking him below the mandatory threshold set for executives of the Corporation. Mr. McLellan is expected to reacquire Shares to comply with the Share ownership guidelines as soon as possible".
So it looks to me like guidelines and rules mean nothing to the Management of Canexus.
It gets even better folks, David Collyer who is an Independent Director owns absolutely no shares, that's right folks, zero...
