RE:RE:RE:RE:The last hope of junior stakeholders....It's been quite a soap opera to watch.  I'm betting there still may be some surprises is store before it's over.  After something like 14 offers, all considered not "superior" to the Brookfield Transaction, a group of senior shareholders are still sitting at the table with Armtec and attempting to forge a deal that work, gets Brookfield out of the picture and reinvigorates the company.  The question is, what would make their offer "superior" to Brookfield's.  Unfortunately it would probably have to match the $3.8 million "bonus" to key employees (senior management).  To be "superior" for Armtec's future, it would also have to see the end of those key employees that presided over this mess to begin with.
